Shipping policy
When the order is prepared for shipping, you will receive the tracking number for your shipment via common communication methods such as email, text messages, or notifications on smart devices. You can also follow the status of the order and track the shipment by logging into the customer’s account in our electronic application and reviewing the order there.
Usually delivery time Not exceeding 7 working days It is calculated from the date the order is delivered to the carrier company to deliver our products to you inside or outside Saudi Arabia, but this period may be exceeded depending on the accuracy of the delivery address, the customer’s presence at the delivery site, the carrier company, customs procedures, force majeure and other matters affecting logistical operations in the region.
The shipping company will contact you on the numbers provided by you in several ways in accordance with its times and policies, and the customer must respond to the transportation company and coordinate with it to receive the order
The recipient's data cannot be modified or changed after creating the bill of lading for any reason.
If the shipment is not received by the recipient for any reason and this results in it being returned to the store, the store will not bear any fees for return shipping or loss of the shipment.
The store does not bear responsibility for shipments being delayed or damaged during transportation or storage outside the store’s warehouses. We do not accept compensation for damage resulting from this process, and the understanding is made directly between the customer and the shipping company, so that all shipments are safe.
You must contact the shipping companies directly before contacting the store to monitor the status of your shipments.
If the carrier company does not respond to you after 7 working days have passed since the shipment was received by them, please inform us of this for guidance and intervention if necessary.
Holidays, weekends, and official holidays must be taken into account during the shipping process, as they are not counted within the number of shipping days.
- The customer can file an official complaint with the Communications Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the official institutions in his country to address problems related to shipping in the event that the order is lost, damaged, or delayed for more than 15 working days.
