Exchange does not apply to products purchased from promotions or discounted items.

Exchange requests will not be accepted for opened or used products.

Products to be exchanged must be unused and with all Pianita tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Makeup and skin care products are not interchangeable.

For returned products, you will only be refunded the value of the products (excluding cash on delivery fees and shipping fees) if you have paid:

Refunds to the card used: After receiving and accepting the products, it takes up to 10 business days depending on different payment providers.
